Kopiejek & Włoszczuk Piano Duo

Katarzyna Kopiejek ? fortepian / piano

Jakub Włoszczuk ? fortepian / piano

The Kopiejek&Włoszczuk Piano Duo was formed in 2019 by two young pianists and chamber music enthusiasts: Katarzyna Kopiejek and Jakub Włoszczuk. Both artists are still at the academy; they are currently studying chamber music with Katarzyna Jankowska-Borzykowska, Robert Morawski and Aleksandra Świgut at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Acting as a duo, they have also had the opportunity of perfecting their collaborative skills under the guidance of renowned and accomplished musicians, such as Tobias Koch and Frank-Immo Zichner. Katarzyna Kopiejek and Jakub Włoszczuk are simultaneously pursuing their individual solo careers appearing with recitals and successfully performing before the judging panels of numerous piano competitions, such as the Twenty-Second International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth in Szafarnia (Kopiejek, 2014) and the Third Podkarpackie International Chopin Competition in Rzeszów (Włoszczuk, 2017).
